Planning and eating family meals together will help save money. BUT there are added bonuses that you will find in years to come – scientifically proven: the kids who have meals together do better in school, stay away from drugs and alcohol, and are more likely to talk to parents! Kids are less likely to have an eating disorder, and less likely to be overweight. It even boosts a child’s language skills. It also relieves stress in moms!
